台农一号/The Taiwan Farmer No.1
由台湾凤山热带园艺试验分所于20世纪80年代中期选育。果实扁卵形,果皮橘黄色,向阳面呈淡红色或仅具红晕,大果均重约230克。果点细,皮面光滑,果肉橙黄色,水分及纤维均少,肉质细嫩,足熟果的可溶性固形物可达20.3%;具有本地土种芒的浓烈香蜜味,质极优;但近果皮处略带涩味。该品系在台湾栽培仅占3%,但自1990年代初引入海南以来,迅速普及,十年后已成为海南无可争议的第一大品系,广受市场认可。该品系在海南表现生势强、抗风、抗炭疽病;但反季节早花催花不易,受不利因素影响易落果,催熟时发热高易烧果。
It was selected and carefully bred by the Taiwan Feng Mountain Tropical Gardening Testing Institude in the mid-1980s. The mango has oval shape and saffron yellow skin, the side which facing the sun appears to be light red or with a red halation. Big one weighing about 230g. The skin is smooth and the flesh is orange yellow, which has less waster and fiber, the flesh is so tender and it has up to 20.3% soluble solids. This mango has strong sweet favour like the local mango, truly excellent quality. It is the undisputed No.1 species of mango in Hainan and widely recognized by the market.
红贵妃/The Red Lady
又名红金龙,20世纪末由台商引进海南,据说原系果汁加工型品系。果实长卵形或直象牙形,大果果重可达500克。果皮橘黄,向阳面呈鲜红色,腊质层明显,外观红黄相映,非常亮丽;果肉橙黄色,纤维少,水份丰富,口感清甜,风味中上,但香甜不如台农一号。该品系最先在上海及东北市场打响,其后逐渐向各地扩散。在海南表现较易催花、易挂果、易保果,产量明显高于台农,曾一度引发狂热的引种潮;但未足熟者略有松香味,黄熟后果身较软,果皮较娇,稍受压即易出淤伤斑,是其缺点。
It was also known as Red Golden Dragon, and was introduced to Hainan by Taiwanese business people at the end of the 20th century. The mango has a long oval shape or look like a straight ivory. The big one weight up to 500g. It has saffron yellow skin, but the sunny side appear to be bright red, so the whole mango looks outstanding. The flesh is orange yellow and have few fiber, it is juicy and sweet.
金煌/The Jing Huang 为台湾果农黄金煌先生选育,市上又称为水仙芒。果实长卵形,果长为果宽的二倍或以上,果型硕大,单果重可达500-1500克。栽培上一般用双层不透光纸袋套果护皮防晒,完熟果实橙黄色。果肉深黄色至橙黄色,肉质滑腻无纤维感,含可溶性固形物15-16%;味甜而略偏淡,品质良好,惜香气不足;种子特别扁薄,一般仅占果重的6-7%,容易剖切成雅致的餐后果盘,特别受高档场所欢迎,出口量年年增长。金煌芒在海南表现稳定,价格走高,栽培面积及市场均在扩大中。
It is select and bred by Mr. Huang Jinhuang, a Taiwan farmer. It is also known as the Narcissus Mango. It has a long oval shape, very big mango, its length is twice of its width. Each of them weights 500-1500g. The mature one has orange colour and the flesh is golden yellow, fine and without fiber. The core is especially thin and flat, generally only takes 6-7% of the weight. Because it is easy to cut them into elegant slice and serve, this kind of mango is particular welcomed in high-end restaurants.
台芽/The Taiwan Shoot 台芽为早熟品系,选育出处尚不详。外观、果色和风味与红贵妃十分相近,但果形略短,果嘴钝圆,大果果形略小,小果比例偏多。台芽风味中等,引进海南略迟于红贵妃,推广较慢,至今仍是小品系。但它比红贵妃更易催花,常成为春节前最早批量上市者之一;又不如红贵妃多水份,皮较厚实,更耐储运,更具卖相。台芽诸般优点使得近年来栽培亦有增加。
The Taiwan Shoot is an early harvest type of mango, the shape, colour and favour are very similar to the Red Lady, but she shape is a bit shorter and rounder, not very big mango. They are pupulor because it is easy transport and very presentable.
龙眼 年产约100万斤,春熟,品种为储良、石硖

石硖龙眼,原产广东南海平洲,为两广历史悠久的主栽品种。果实圆球形或扁圆形,略歪,单果重7.5-10.6克,肉质爽脆,可溶性固形物23-26%,浓甜带蜜味,品质极优。
储良龙眼,原产广东高州,三十多年前选育。果大,单果重12-14克,扁圆球形,肉质爽脆清甜,可溶性固形物20-22%,风味上等。两者皆是龙眼最优良品种,而且均是对氯酸钾催花法最敏感的品种,因此得以在琼南远离正造(7-8月)的1-5月成熟,一枝独秀,极受市场欢迎。但由于龙眼的人工催花技术问世尚不足十年,反季节栽培上尚有大量探索的空间。
Shixia Longan:
It has a long history in Guangdong and Guangxi, the fruit is round or a bit oval, a single one weights 7.5-10.6g. The crispy and juicy flesh together with the excellent sweet favour perfectly explains why it is so popular and famous,
Chuliang Longan:
Originally bred in Guangdong Gaozhou 30 years ago. A single one weights 12-14g, its round, big fruit and the crispy sweet flesh earns the favor of most people.
又名早果、玉荷包,著名早熟品种。在广东4月下旬至5月中下旬成熟,在海南南部甚至更早。果大,单果重37-42克,可食率67-70%,可溶性固形物17.5%,品质中等,未充分成熟的果实偏酸。因系全年最早上市的荔枝,市场期望值极高,但片面赶早市采摘常导致充糖不足,风味低下。琼南气侯对三月红成花需冷量未必能满足,人工调控手段尚无突破,市场空间受稍晚的白糖罂、妃子笑品种强力挤压,经济效益不稳定。本公司批量栽培多年,未能成功,已列入淘汰计划。
